Our Tempe campus features modern training facilities and simulation laboratories. To enrich your training experience, our labs carry some of the latest dental technologies and equipment. Our Dental Assisting courses combine classroom instruction with hands-on simulations and lab exercises to fully prepare you for an entry-level Dental Assistant position. Our Dental Assistant training also includes a clinical externship to supplement your classroom experience with on-the-job training.
Through our extensive curriculum, our goal is to provide you with the administrative, clinical chairside, and radiographic skills to adequately support dentists and dental hygienists while performing their patient-care duties and responsibilities. By the end of our program, you will know how to prepare dental instruments, record dental histories, and assist with x-rays and other procedures.
Finally, our program can be a great first step towards licensing and certification in the Dental Assisting field. Upon earning your Dental Assisting diploma and completing 3,500 clinical hours, you will be eligible for the Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) exam and licensing credential.
