We are proud to see that leadership recognized in Dr. Mark Alvarez, PhD, MAN, RN, FADLN, CNE, Dean of Nursing at Brookline College’s Phoenix campus. He has been named one of the 2026 40 Under 40 finalists by The Nurses Magazine, a recognition that celebrates outstanding nurses under 40 who are making an impact through nursing leadership, education, advocacy, and more.
For nursing students, having dedicated educators like Dean Alvarez can make a real difference. He prepares future nurses not only for successful careers but also to become confident healthcare professionals who can make a positive impact on their communities.
The 40 Under 40 recognition is part of The Nurses Magazine Symposium and Awards 2026, taking place October 22–24 in Orlando, Florida.
